At Silver Lining Doula & Nanny Services, our Sleep Education program is designed to help families establish healthy sleep habits for their children.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your child's sleep patterns and your family's routines to understand your specific challenges and goals.
CUSTOMIZED SLEEP PLAN
Based on the assessment, we develop a personalized sleep plan tailored to your child's needs and your family's lifestyle.
IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
Our sleep educator guides you through the implementation of the sleep plan, providing practical strategies and addressing any concerns that arise.
ONGOING MONITORING AND ADJUSTMENTS
We monitor your child's progress, make necessary adjustments to the plan, and offer continuous support to ensure successful outcomes.

Jump-Start
Consultation
for infants 1-4months old
Learn what sleep routines and feeding routines you should be starting to get your baby ready to sleep successfully at around 4 months or 14lbs.
Sleep Consultation 1.5hrs total hands on support (1hr review via zoom, 30 mins questionnaire and note write up)

Tier One
for infants 4 months and up
Four weeks of support and guidance by phone or email during the process, limited to 4 calls or zooms.
Coaching covers only nighttime sleep. Naps are not included.

Tier Two
for infants 4 months and up
Four weeks of support and guidance by phone or email during the process,
4 support phone calls or zooms.
Coaching covers nighttime sleep and naps.

Six weeks of support and guidance by phone or email during the process, up to 6 calls or zooms.
