Meet Elise Louise Silver
OWNER & FOUNDER
How It All Began: Elise’s passion for supporting families started early—at just eight years old when her sister was born. Then while her father taught at Dartmouth College she began working with new parents and newborns, sparking a lifelong commitment to guiding families through the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Hometown Roots: Born in Tennessee, raised in Vermont, and settling in North Carolina in 2015, Elise has found beauty and community in every place she’s called home.
Family First: Elise shares an unbreakable bond with her parents and sister, considering them her best friends and greatest supporters.
Morning Ritual: Nothing starts Elise’s day off better than a homemade maple decaf latte—a cozy, sweet sip of comfort.
Foodie with a Kick: Elise loves to spice up a meal with Avocados and hot sauce!
Wanderlust at Heart: Elise embraced adventure by spending a year living in an RV, exploring the U.S. one mile at a time. Her travels haven’t stopped there—she’s also journeyed to six different countries alongside the families she’s supported.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jack of Many Trades: Heather has worn many hats over the years—swim coach, summer camp counselor, nanny, au pair, teacher, and mother. Her deep connection with children shines through in everything she does, as she embraces their energy, curiosity, and joy for life.

Lake Enthusiast: For three unforgettable summers, Heather taught kids how to wakeboard and waterski on a picturesque lake in the breathtaking Sierra Mountains—a time filled with adventure, laughter, and endless summer fun.
Globe Trotter: Heather spent two years in New Zealand, starting as an au pair before transitioning into a nanny role. When she wasn’t caring for little ones, she was out camping, hiking, and exploring the country’s stunning landscapes.
Foodie at Heart: Heather’s ultimate favorite foods? A perfectly cooked prime rib and the sweet, tangy delight of golden kiwi fruit.
Book Lover’s Bliss: Hand Heather a good book, a cozy chair, and a beautiful view, and she’s in her happy place.
